Service RE-DO & Retail Policy

 

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of customer service. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'll be more than happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.

If you make a retail purchase that you aren't satisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit 14 days from your initial purchase.

Appointment Cancellation/ No Show Policy

 

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require a 24 hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment (no-show) or cancel later that the 24 hour notice, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service may apply & would be due before rescheduling your appointment.
